To apply for Free School Meals, please complete the form below and send it into the school, where it will be checked by Buckinghamshire Council. We will contact you with the result. 

Please note, all pupils in F2, Y1 and Y2 are entitled to Universal Free School Meals automatically.  However, if you believe your child is eligible under the Free School Meal criteria detailed on the previous page, please complete the form as the school receives additional funding which can be used to support your child in school and fund other educational opportunities.
