Welcome to Year 5 Spring Term 1, 2025!

Dear Parents, Carers and Pupils,

Welcome back!  We hope you have had a lovely Christmas holiday.

This term, our main topics are: History - What was life like in Tudor England? and Art - Craft and design: Architecture.  

In English, we will be writing a narrative and a formal letter of persuasion using the book Spy Master: First Blood by Jan Burchett and Sara Vogler.

In maths, we will focus on multiplication & division then a second unit covering fractions.

You can find details of homework on the relevant page under 'In this section'.  

PE days will be Wednesdays and Fridays - please ensure that your child has the correct, named school PE kit on these days.
